Being Good health both mind and body is the best luck. Mind and body are related ;you should care for both at the same time. Here are some tips for way to keep good health.
1. Water
Drink much water a day especially in the morning after waking up. You should try drinking 5 glasses of water before:
- before brushing teeth
- before having your breakfast
- before drinking coffee or tea.
5 glasses of water in the morning can help reducing blood pressure, diabetes, stomach ache, paralysis and illness. Drinking water raise your beauty factor from the inside out.
2. Foods
Eating vegetables at every meal of yours. the carbohydrates in fruit and vegetables are great sources of energy. Juice counts too—but only if you drink one small glass of 100% juice. Use fruit and vegetables as ingredients One good way to get variety is to eat the fruits and vegetables that are in season in your area.
Some fruits can make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier. Some can help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions and also reduce blood pressure.
3. Exercising
Regular exercising burns calories and builds muscle and keep weight off. There are many ways for exercising for you to choose. They are;
-Walking
-Aerobic dance
-Swimming
-Bicycling
-skiing
-Running
-Jogging
-Dancing
-Stair climbing
-Yoga
Walking is popular and inexpensive exercising. What you need is the comfortable shoes that fit your feet.
You can benefit your time exercising doing your housework or gardening.
Only 30 minutes a day, you will live longer and stay healthier.
4 . Good Night’s Sleep
Getting enough sleep is one of the most important things you can do for your health.
Before going to bed, please avoid the following things ;
-Avoid watching TV or discussing emotional issues in bed.
-Avoid taking a nap during the day.
-Avoid drinking fluids after 8 pm.
-Avoid drinking caffeine at least four hours before bed time.
-Avoid smoking near bed time.
-Avoid sleeping with pets. Your pets should have its own sleeping space.
-Other conditions that effect your sleep.
If your efforts seem not to work, talk to your doctor about other options you might consider.
5. Temper ( Emotion )
A good mind is in a good body. Both are related. Be positive thinking person, look at a problem from a different viewpoint can make it seem less awesome and contribute opportunities for greater objectivity and insight. Having a good sense of humor is a powerful emotional medicine that can lower stress, dissolve anger. Humor also helps us avoid loneliness. Try to laugh at situations rather than bemoan them. Laughter gives our bodies a good workout. Laugh as a means of reducing tension because laughter is often followed by a state of relaxation. Then, bring more humor and laughter into your lives.
A good tempered person benefits health and also health benefits humor and laughter.
6. Meditation
We couldn’t ignore depression or stress, if you face it ,try to have your family ,friend or a professional help. On the other hand ,you can Reduce stress by practicing meditation or performing relaxation exercises before bedtime.
There are many kind of meditation techniques that develop mindfulness, concentration, tranquility and insight. In other words, practicing meditation by focusing our mind on an object of thought or awareness. It usually includes turning attention to a single point of reference which will make you calm and have a peaceful mind.
If meditation is difficult for you to do. You could take a look into aromatherapy, soft music or yoga which can help you peacefully and calm mind.
